At Hazel & June New York (“Hazel & June”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item does not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  3. All original packaging, tags, and components must be included

  4. The product must not show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or accidental damage

  5. Items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return

Hazel & June reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, Hazel & June will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send returns to the original shipping sender unless explicitly instructed.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, Hazel & June will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the returned item does not meet our policy conditions, it may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Hazel & June within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue so our team can assess and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until delivery and then submit a return request in accordance with this policy.

Shipments in Transit

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Customers who wish to return their order must wait until the item has been delivered and then follow the official return process.

Return to Sender & Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned to Hazel & June due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed package

A restocking and handling fee of up to 40% may be deducted from the refund to cover logistics, carrier, and processing costs.

We strongly advise customers to carefully verify their shipping information before completing their order.

Product Representation & Sizing Disclaimer

Hazel & June aims to display all products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and production differences.

Sizing may vary by approximately 1–3 cm due to manual measurement and fabric characteristics. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before purchasing.
